DENMARKS SECOND DAY / NIGHT EVENT - BRAMMING

This event has both day and night caches.

The Event is situated in Bramming between Esbjerg and Kolding. There will be a lot of caches for both day and night caching. But we have also time for being together with other geocachers and a lot of cheerful atmosphere.

We meet for breakfast and briefing about how the day is going to pass off.

PROGRAMME OF THE DAY:
Kl. 09.00 Breakfast and briefing.
Kl. 10.30 Returning of GPS, files or prints of the coordinates for day caches..
Kl. 18.00 FFC to FirstFinders.
Kl. 18.00 Dinner and briefing.
Kl. 19.30 Returning of GPS, files or prints of the coordinates for night caches.

There will be caches, where a bike is an advantage. Others you have to walk to, use rubber dinghy or other geocaching equipment. See the discriptions of the caches. We have a lot of caches in woods so take the dog with you. Some caches are childrens caches. Here you can find lots of things to exhange with. We have planned to make caches for every one irrespective of age and sex.

The Organizers have planned to get every type of cache and variation of difficulty/terrain represented in the caches that are going to be published to this event.

Nightcaches are from small and up in size. There will be some where you have to use UV-lamps. See in the discriptions of the caches.

The FFC will be in most of the containers. If there is not space enough for such please take a picture of the logbook and show it to us, when you come back. Then you will get your FFC.

The discriptions of Mystery and Multi-caches can be send to you in PDF. If you wish to receive this please send your geocachername and mailadresse to Team Viking (mail@geosport.dk).

If you want us to transfer the coordinates to your GPS, then please put it in the prepared box upon arrival. Remember to mark it with geocachername! You can borrow a USB-stick or get a print with the necessary information to the caches.

Unlimited enrollment for eating and participation.

3. Event + dinner dkr. 110,- pr. voksen, children (3-10 years) dkr. 60,-
4. Event + breakfast + dinner dkr. 150,- pr. person, children (3-10 years) dkr. 90,-

Bier and lemonade has to be bought in the Cafeteria. We are not allowed to bring it ourselves.

You have to enroll for this event. The fee has to be paid by Paypal to mail@geosport.dk.

Cafeteria is open all day.

The organizers can be contacted by phone all day. The numbers will be given at the event.

We kindly ask for that there will be parked so considerate as possible. When parked in the area around the caches, we expect, of course, that all show respect for each other and the general forest visitors.
